"I cannot express my delight & gratitude in being recommend this incredible restaurant. Firstly, the quality and presentation of the food is beyond reproach. I had a bolognaise ravioli and it was as rich and delicious as Nona Gasparini's back home. Rich and delicious. We shared artichoke and they were a gastronomic delight. The atmosphere and stylish decor (augmented with appropriate cool jazz playing in the background) is matched with a warm, attentive and genuine service. I cannot recommend this establishment higher for a genuine experience. 5 stars all the way!!"

"Our meal was delicious at Carbone! We started with an eggplant appetizer - Nell’orto di Mario. Amazing! Our main courses included a chicken dish and pork ribs with porcini mushroom fries on the side! Dessert was a sweet crème brûlée. Voila! Service and atmosphere were outstanding!"
